Kylian Mbappe has told Paris Saint-Germain he will leave at the end of the 2023-2024 season when his contract expires, Sky News understands.<\/p>\n
Mbappe’s current contract with PSG expires in the summer and since 1 January he has been able to hold pre-contract talks with other clubs.<\/p>\n
The terms of the forward’s exit are yet to be finalised as the two parties negotiate whether Mbappe will leave for a fee or sacrifice his own earnings to protect PSG financially.<\/p>\n
It is understood PSG and Mbappe will make an announcement once this is agreed in the coming months.<\/p>\n
The 25-year-old has been widely linked with a move to Real Madrid.<\/p>\n
But, it has been reported Mbappe would have to take a pay cut to join the Spanish side.<\/p>\n
